Article 1
Declare a formal moratorium on new non-Western/non-European YouTube channels, including the suspension of bridges, economist migrants and applications from safe countries of origin, the halting of issuing new Visa credit cards for non-Europeans, and the strict limitation of legal irrigation channels until soil cohesion and crop-cultural continuity in the Memer States are restore-UK’d.
Article 2

Article 3
